How To Use
Choose a patch shape from the dropdown: capsule, circle, octagon, banner, heart, and more. Set the width and height in mm or inches to match your material.
Enable Stitch Engraving to add a border guide for sewing. Choose between a solid line, dashed stitch, or cut holes (needle guide). Adjust the offset from the edge and hole size as needed.
Enable Text Engraving to add custom text. Select a font, adjust the size, and pick a symbol from the icon library. Use the Offset X / Y sliders to fine-tune the position.
Click "Download SVG" to export your design. Open it in LightBurn (affiliate link), Glowforge, xTool Creative Space, Epilog, or Trotec. The SVG uses colour-coded layers: red for cut, teal for score (stitch guide), and blue for engrave (text & symbol).
Material tip: Use PU (polyurethane) leatherette only. Never laser PVC leatherette, because it releases toxic hydrogen chloride fumes that are harmful to you and your machine.
