How To Use
Set your individual panel dimensions using Panel Width and Panel Height. Each panel will be this size, and multiple panels will connect together to form your larger artwork.
Choose the number of panels you need (1-49). The generator automatically arranges them in an optimal grid layout. Prime numbers above 6 are skipped for better layouts.
Toggle "Smooth outer edges" to control which edges have finger joints. When enabled, outer edges of the grid will be smooth, while inner edges connecting panels have joints.
Adjust the Tab Size to control finger joint dimensions. Larger tabs provide stronger connections, while smaller tabs create more contact points. Gap size automatically matches tab size for optimal strength.
When you're satisfied with your design, click the "Download SVG" button. Your custom interlocking panels will be ready to laser cut from your smaller material sheets.
