Cross Stitch Frame Generator

The free cross stitch frame generator lets you design a decorative frame with a built-in stitchable hole grid for 3D printing and laser cutting. Choose a rounded, circle, oval, arch, or scalloped shape, set the size, corner radius, and frame border width, then pick a fabric count (holes per inch, like plastic canvas or Aida) and whether the stitch holes are round or square. The inner mesh is generated automatically to fill the window, and you can tune the hole size to leave enough material between holes for your needle. Add an optional hanger hole, raise the frame border for a framed look in 3D, and export STL and 3MF files with your chosen thickness for FDM and resin printers, or a colour-coded SVG (cut outline and stitch holes, engraved frame) ready for Glowforge, xTool, Epilog, Trotec, and LightBurn.
