How To Use

1

Choose a shape (circle, rounded square, hexagon, octagon, triangle, heart, flower, or star) and set the diameter / size in mm or inches. Lock the aspect ratio for a symmetric button or unlock it for ovals and rectangles.

2

Set the sew holes: pick 0, 1, 2, or 4 holes, then dial in the hole diameter and the spacing between hole centres. Two and four hole layouts match standard sew-on buttons.

3

Add a decorative border offset: choose how many concentric outlines to engrave and the gap between them. Optionally add a centre symbol from the icon library.

4

Switch to the 3D Preview tab to see the button as an extruded part. Set the thickness for 3D printing; the border and symbol are raised as embossed detail on the top face.

5

Download SVG for laser cutting (layers are colour-coded: cut outline & holes, score border, engrave symbol) or STL / 3MF for 3D printing. SVG opens in LightBurn, Glowforge, xTool, Epilog, and Trotec.
