
Refund & Cancellation Policy
How subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds work for MyLaserTools Pro.

1. Overview
MyLaserTools.com is operated by YXE Creations Craft Hub Inc., a corporation incorporated federally in Canada (242 Stilling Union, Saskatoon, SK, Canada). Pro subscriptions are sold and processed by our payment provider, Polar, acting as the Merchant of Record. Polar appears as the seller on your statement and handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
Because Pro gives you immediate access to digital tools and to the design files you generate, our refund policy is set out below. This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, which always apply.
2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The renewal price, period, and billing date are shown to you before purchase at checkout.
We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to your renewal price, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings or through the customer portal provided by Polar. You can also email us at hi@mylasertools.com and we will help.
When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged after that. Cancelling does not provide a refund for the current period unless required by law (see below).
4. Refunds
Immediate access to digital content
Pro provides immediate access to digital tools, and any files you generate are delivered instantly and are yours to keep. Subscriptions are sold through Polar as Merchant of Record. Any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights that may apply to you (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK) are handled in line with Polar's checkout terms, and any such rights that apply continue to apply.
Change of mind
Because access and generated files are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for unused time, or for forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
Refunds we always honor
We will provide a refund where:
- The service is faulty, not as described, or we fail to provide it;
- You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation;
- A refund is required by the mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
5. How to request a refund
Email us with your account email and the charge date and we will review your request, usually within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method.
